Shakerock Farms, located near Thomson, Georgia, handcrafts all natural goat milk soaps and other fine farm-fresh natural products. What began as a fun way to teach their children how to work hard and make use of the land that God has given them has blossomed into a thriving cottage industry. Mom, Dad, and all eight of the Green children take part in their business from raising to hand-milking their registered Toggenburg dairy goats, the oldest diary breed. Goat milk soap is recommened by dermatologists for patients with psoriasis, eczema, and acne.
