C.B. Ivey has always been fascinated with the art of the Blacksmith. After retiring from the civil service, he decided to learn more about the craft. He attended the John C. Campbell Folk School in North Carolina to learn blacksmithing and is an active member of the Ocmulgee Blacksmith's Guild. Hand Forging and smithing has become his passion. Mr. Ivey lives in Thomson, Georgia.
